Gary joined Belknap in 1977 as a service technician and purchased the company in 1990. Under his leadership, Belknap has grown into a full-service shop that not only sells new equipment but also services it and troubleshoots any problems customers run into. Most importantly, Gary makes honest recommendations based on what each project truly needs. Born and raised in Western New York, he is proud to support his community and local organizations.

Kyle trained in HVAC at Erie 1 BOCES and has been with Belknap for 10 years. He started as a service technician and worked his way up to Service Director, where he now leads the service department. A big part of Kyle's role is working directly with customers: he lays out their options, walks through the pros and cons, and helps them make the right decision for their home or business.

Dawn brings 26 years of HVAC office management experience to Belknap, where she has worked for the past 12 years. Known as the company's problem solver, she draws on her deep industry knowledge to find answers quickly. Dawn oversees office operations, vendor relations, facilities, purchasing, HR coordination, and special projects. She excels at developing systems that improve efficiency, cut costs, and streamline workflows. Above all, Dawn is known for her transparency and empathy, and she treats everyone the way she would want her own family treated.

Scott has been with Belknap for more than 38 years. He started in the fabrication shop and went on to work in new construction, design-build projects, remodels, replacements, and light commercial work. For 25 years, Scott served as Installation Manager, overseeing new system installations in both new and existing homes. He took the time to walk each customer through the process and made sure every installation met Belknap's industry-leading standards. Today, Scott works in sales, where he uses his decades of experience to help customers choose a quality heating and cooling system.

A Batavia, NY, native, Brad began his career in the automotive industry as a collision technician and later ran his own detailing business for five years. In June 2021, he joined the Belknap family, eager to learn a new trade. His management and technical experience made him a great fit, and he is now our install manager. Brad works directly with customers to make sure they get exactly what they purchased and that every job is done neatly and professionally.

Before starting his HVAC career, Craig served 11 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he earned the rank of Staff Sergeant before being medically separated. He spent two years with another HVAC company before joining Belknap, where he has worked his way up from install lead to Business Development Manager over the past 10 years. In more than a decade in the field, Craig has installed nearly every type of residential heating and cooling equipment available. He uses that knowledge to make sure our customers get exactly what they need and want for their homes.

Mark is usually the first person you'll talk to when you call Belknap. A former service technician, he has been with the company for 19 years. Mark handles calls for everything from routine maintenance to emergency no-heat and no-cooling situations. As our warranty administrator, he also registers new equipment with manufacturers and submits warranty claims. Mark understands how stressful equipment problems can be, so he assesses the urgency of each call and sends the right technician to get you the best outcome.

Howard is Belknap's senior lead technician. With more than 40 years of experience as a service technician, he is affectionately known as "Dr. Howard." His knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, ductless systems, heat pumps, and generators is second to none. Howard built his reputation by staying current with new technology and never stopping learning. Now, as he prepares for a well-deserved retirement, he is passing that knowledge on to the next generation of Belknap technicians.
